Fireplace Screens And Accessories  is committed to our customers and will always do our best to insure high-quality transactions.   

The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within SEVEN TO TEN BUISINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT.If you desires to ship an item outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs.  We do not ship individual items outside of the United States at this time.

 

Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. You do not need to actually place an order during this step. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually. By default, we charge at or below UPS Ground rate fees based on product weight.

FREE SHIPPING offers are valid only for deliveries inside the U.S. 48 contiguous states by UPS or FEDex Ground. Costs will still apply for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

NOTE: You may only request faster UPS methods, not USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping can not be to a P.O. Box, Military APO, FPO,or AE.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE

All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery.

For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. Hand-signed sports memorabilia may not be returned after 30 days under any circumstances.

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS

As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup.

If non-defective merchandise received  does not qualify for replacement, customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. We reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. We will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products.
